This is charged at an hourly rate, encompassing direct contact with the client, as well as work done behind the scenes, for example, time spent liaising with other services, writing letters, phone calls, all agreed with the client in advance.
Our client and their case manager will discuss their individual circumstances and together make a plan going forward.
Our clients have open access to their case manager, within office hours, who is happy to answer any questions and provide support in between the scheduled appointments. This can provide reassurance when families are going through difficult times.
Each of our clients, whether an individual or a family, is provided with a case manager, who is also an education consultant. This professional will be the same person throughout our involvement with you (where possible), making it possible to build essential trust, rapport and continuity.
The hourly rate for this option is £60.
This option provides tutoring in addition to the case management support and guidance as described above.
We have a rigorous selection process when selecting tutors that we use for our clients. These are all DBS checked and undergo training provided by us to make the tutoring part of the complete package that we offer. Therefore the tutoring is in context with the support and guidance provided by our case managers / education consultants. We ensure that all tutors we use have not only knowledge of neurodivergence, but importantly, are able to adapt their teaching styles according to the individual students, their learning styles, their interests, and their personality. We aim to match our clients with tutors that will best fulfill their needs in all these aspects, setting us apart from many educators that simply teach a subject, without consideration to these other essential factors.
When choosing this option of the guidance and support with tutoring, the advantage is that we all work as one team, with our client at the centre of that team, as opposed to sourcing tutoring support from elsewhere. Our idea is that we can then ensure all aspects of our service are joined up, with one professional overseeing each client.

We offer a selection of packages with this option. For more detail on our packages, please see our
