Following a free consultation with an education consultant/case manager, an appropriate package will be advised.  Before the package chosen by the client is provided, an agreement will be signed between the client and Neurodiversity Plus.  This agreement will be legally binding.

All payments are to be made within 14 days of invoice by bank transfer (BACS).  The account details will be provided on the invoice.

Payment is required in advance of the package provision, whether the client is paying in full or in monthly instalments.  The full package fee is non-refundable and must be paid in full in the agreed time frame.

The notice period of cancellation for a tutoring appointment is a minimum of 24 hours to prevent being charged for that session.   Providing the adequate notice period is given, the tutoring session will be rescheduled.

All tutors and education consultants/case managers under Neurodiversity Plus will be enhanced DBS checked, as is our standard policy for working with children and vulnerable adults.
